Scheduling
Sessions are scheduled weekly or biweekly for 45-50 minutes at my Denville office or via video conference.

Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are high in demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely care.
Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged for the session. Late cancellation fees are not reimbursed or covered by insurance.
Insurance
Most major insurance plans are accepted. Please call or text to confirm that your plan is accepted.
Prior to your first visit, please call your insurance carrier to confirm your deductible and/or copay. Copays are required at the time of service.
Please bring a copy (front and back) of your insurance card and bring to your first session. Also print and complete the forms, found on the Forms tab, for your first session.
Payment
Cash and credit card payments are accepted.
